4. Refurbished Products

All products sold through TechRefurb are refurbished unless explicitly stated otherwise. Refurbished products have been previously used and then returned to us or the manufacturer, who then inspects, repairs, and restores the product to working condition.

Our refurbished products undergo thorough testing to ensure they meet our high-quality standards. However, please note that these products may contain minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality.

We provide detailed descriptions and images of our products, but actual appearance may vary slightly. By purchasing a refurbished product, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

5. Warranty

All refurbished products come with a limited warranty as specified on each product page. This warranty covers functional defects but may not cover cosmetic issues or normal wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department with your order number and details of the issue. We may request photographic evidence or return of the product for inspection.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, modifications, or failure to follow product instructions.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for most products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original packaging and tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department for a return authorization number. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs are provided during the checkout process. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as customs processing or natural disasters.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
